Cancellation Policy for Temple Blessings

At Temple Blessings, we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our devotees with a flexible yet fair cancellation process. Below are the guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and modifications:

1. Cancellation by User

• Notice Period: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Requests made within 24 hours of the puja may qualify for a partial refund (50%) or rescheduling, depending on priest availability and preparation costs.
• Post-Completion Cancellations: No refunds once the puja has commenced or offerings have been procured.

2. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Issued if canceled within the notice period (24+ hours prior).
• Partial Refund: Applicable for late cancellations (within 24 hours) minus costs incurred (e.g., priest fees, materials).
• Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded once ordered:

• Customized/personalized offerings (e.g., engraved items, specific deity requests).
• Perishable items (e.g., flowers, fruits, prasad).
• Donations made to temples or priests.

4. Cancellation by Temple Blessings

• Priest/Temple Unavailability: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events will result in rescheduling options or refunds.

5. Modifications

• Rescheduling: Allowed once at no cost if requested 24+ hours in advance, subject to priest/temple availability.
• Changes to Offerings: Must be requested 24 hours prior; additional charges may apply.
